The
AIM Smartycam3 Sport HD video camera is the only camera developed especially for motorsports. High quality HD video's with all data needed to perfectly analyse your performance on track. The most robust and reliable action camera ever!
The AIM SmartyCam3 HD Sport has 84° wide angle lens and the unique "Global shutter CMOS sensor" and low distortion camera lens. This means that every frame is recorded in one time instead of pixel by pixel as done in regular action camera's.
AIM Smartycam3 Sport HD never has a wave effect because of this.
The camera can automatically start and stop the recording so you do not need to worry about starting your camera on the grid. The camera can even power itself on when it is connected to an AIM datalogger. The Smartycam 3 records HD quality video's with data overlay. The layout of the data overlay can be created by yourself according to your desires. The SmartyCam 3 Sport HD has an internal battery and a micro SD memory card. The
SmartyCam 3 Sport HD will be delivered incl. CAN connection cable (choose the correct length at the options below), USB cable and charger. It is possible to use a micro SD kaart up to 2 TB.
It is even possible to show the track layout in the video. The position of the vehicle will be shown on the track layout. The AIM SmartyCam3 Sport HD can show it's full potential when it is connected to an AIM datalogsysteem (AIM MyChron 5, AIM MXL2, AIM Evo5, AIM Evo4S, AIM MXS, AIM MXm, AIM Solo 2 DL, AIM ECU bridge etc.).
You can easily create your overlay with the AIM Race Studio 3 software (see Downloads tab).
You need a 2-way datahub with external power if you want to use the camera standalone with a GPS module (see accessories).
